Job summary

Soho House & Co in London is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations on the floor, working with the General Manager to deliver exceptional service. You will lead a floor team to ensure a smooth, elevated guest experience from greeting to payment, upholding Soho House standards and culture.

You will train and mentor staff, refine service practices, and collaborate across departments to maintain brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and remains calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service, respectful to colleagues and guests.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by refining systems for members, guests, and staff.
• Lead engaging training sessions on food and drink programs through storytelling and demonstrations.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions in line with brand expectations.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members to build a polished, guest-focused floor team.
• Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and minimize overtime.
