Leonardo Hotel Belfast is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, implement strategic initiatives, and engage a vibrant team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will work with the General Manager to oversee operations, drive brand initiatives, support induction and Guest Care training, recruit as needed, and collaborate with HR on team activities while leveraging local market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Duty Manager shifts to support the team.
• Assist the General Manager to move the Leonardo Hotels brand forward in the hotel.
• Deliver new starter induction and Guest Care training to ensure hospitality standards.
• Monitor recruitment needs to support hotel operations.
• Know the local area to drive business opportunities for the hotel.
• Collaborate with local HR to host engaging team activities.
