Qualifications

• Welcoming guests with a warm, customer-focused approach.
• Active presence in the lobby to support guest interactions.
• Manage guest flow during busy periods with calm and efficiency.
• Confidently handling ID and Challenge25 checks with patience and professionalism.
• Promote venue facilities, offers and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Support cloakroom duties and guide guests around the venue.
• Keep the lobby clean, tidy and up to date with notices and promotions.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Monitor visitor numbers and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Be comfortable working with systems and completing checklists accurately.
• Demonstrate a positive, approachable personality with a passion for great service.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and throughout their visit.
