Genting Casinos invites a friendly Welcome Host to join our Manchester venue. You will warmly greet guests, guide their visit, and ensure smooth operations from arrival onward. The role emphasizes a positive, customer-focused approach in a bustling casino environment.

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. You will promote facilities, assist with cloakroom duties, and liaise with other departments to deliver a standout guest experience.

• Supporting cloakroom duties and guiding guests around the venue.
• Keeping the lobby clean, tidy and up to date with notices and promotions.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Monitoring visitor numbers and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Comfortable working with systems and completing checklists accurately.
• A positive, approachable personality with a passion for great service.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
