Premier Inn Ground Floor Team Member in West Lynn, Norfolk is the first and last person guests meet. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in and guide their stay, while also serving breakfast or dinner and assisting guests with questions. You’ll keep the reception and public areas tidy and support teammates during busy periods.

This permanent role offers 14 guaranteed hours per week, evening and weekend shifts, and full training. A friendly, customer‑focused approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
