Whitbread's Premier Inn in Cleethorpes is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner to ensure a smooth stay.

The role offers a fixed-term contract until December 2026, with 16 guaranteed hours per week and shifts including evenings, weekends and busy periods.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, proactive people will be trained to excel in this busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure or customer service are welcome.
• If you’re friendly and enjoy helping people, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
