Job summary

Premier Inn Tonbridge is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly. No two shifts are quite the same, from helping families check in to recommending local spots and solving guest issues.

This permanent role includes evenings and weekend shifts, full training from day one, and benefits such as a company pension and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; if you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
