Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for the Yeovil Airfield Premier Inn. This 20-hour-per-week role pays up to £13.06 per hour and involves welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins, and serving meals and drinks to ensure guests have a smooth stay.

No two shifts are the same, and you’ll assist with breakfast, evening meals, and guest inquiries while maintaining a welcoming environment at the Yeovil site.

We're currently recruiting in our Yeovil Airfield Premier Inn. Working 20 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Ground Floor Team Member – Yeovil Airfield Premier Inn

You are the first person many of our guests meet. And often the last before they leave.

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you’ll welcome guests, help them check in, answer questions, serve breakfast or dinner and do whatever it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

No two shifts are quite the same. One moment you could be helping a family check in before their holiday. The next you might be serving breakfast, recommending somewhere local to eat or helping solve a problem for a guest.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 20 guaranteed hours per week.

Location: Alvington Lane, Brympton, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 8TH

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

You Don’t Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Ground Floor Team Members have joined us from retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel and customer service.

If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.
