Job summary

Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Courtyard by Marriott - Luton Airport. This full-time role focuses on leading the F&B team to deliver exceptional service across the hotel’s bar, restaurant, and meeting spaces.

You will mentor staff, supervise daily operations, and collaborate with kitchen, reception and reservations to ensure memorable guest experiences. A proactive, English-speaking leader with strong organizational and communication skills will

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Have a positive"can do" attitude and show a desire to guide this throughout the team
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: lead a team to provide outstanding service across bar, restaurant and meeting areas.
• Supervision and Training: oversee daily operations and provide ongoing training on health, safety and hygiene.
