Lighthouse Hotel Management is hiring a Reception Team Member for Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West. You will be the welcoming face at the reception, delivering warm, professional service to guests as they arrive and throughout their stay.

Join a 24/7, guest‑focused team with training provided. The role requires excellent English communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask across front desk duties, housekeeping collaboration, and reservations coordination.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; on‑the‑job training provided.
