Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Gloucester centre. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, serve food and drinks, and ensure the centre is clean and welcoming.

You’ll work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties, bringing energy and excellent service to a fun, fast-paced setting. We value confidence, energy and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Determined and enthusiastic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events across departments (Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke).
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
