Tenpin - Chester is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun-filled centre. You'll welcome guests, manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and help run activities across Laser Arena, Escape Room and karaoke rooms.

A positive attitude and reliability are essential. You'll be part of a lively team, working across departments, keeping the centre clean and welcoming, and delivering great customer experiences from the moment guests arrive to their departure.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
• Work across departments to run Laser Arena, Escape Room experiences, karaoke rooms and children's parties.
