Job summary

Premier Inn in Guernsey, St Peter Port (Admiral Park) is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in, and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll help create a smooth stay and resolve guest questions as part of a friendly hotel team.

No hotel experience is required; if you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest. The role includes evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
