Job summary

Harrison Leisure UK is seeking an Experience Team Member to join our frontline team. You will execute delegated daily tasks, assist with guest check-ins/outs and support owners with routine admin and contractor coordination.

You will coordinate with cleaners and suppliers, handle bookings and phone inquiries, and help maintain a smooth, safe, and welcoming on-site environment for guests and families.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer-facing experience within hospitality, customer service, or tourism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily work schedules and delegated tasks assigned by the Experience Manager or General Manager.
• Support guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate booking processing.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver front-of-house service, and handle routine daily inquiries.
• Assist owners with routine administrative tasks, warranty work follow-ups, aftersales queries, and compliance testing schedules under managerial guidance.
• Act as the daily operational point of contact for external contractors regarding owner and accommodation works.
• Support the hosting and setup of owner events and park activities as directed by management.
• Liaise directly with cleaners and linen providers on a daily basis to ensure holiday accommodation is prepped for arrivals.
• Assist the park and accounts teams with processing purchase orders, raising receipts, and logging invoices.
• Maintain accurate booking records, answer incoming phone calls, and manage routine office administration.
