Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/check out, food and beverage service, conference setups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals with outstanding service.
• Represent our values and culture, supporting guest experience and internal development programs.
• Provide support for career development through funded apprenticeships and internal programs.
