Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and work across reception, restaurant and events. You’ll receive full training to cover all guest-facing areas and start your hospitality career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt your approach.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and goals by delivering outstanding service.
• Represent our values and culture with guest experience at the centre.
