Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is looking for a Customer Care Assistant to be the face of our restaurant, delivering friendly service and helping to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

You will greet customers, assist with special events and activities for children, maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining areas and toilets, and communicate customer feedback to the manager to ensure satisfaction and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring friendly, helpful attitude and good listening skills.
• Ability to connect with customers and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team collaboration and communication within a kitchen/restaurant setting.
• May require flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and welcome customers.
• Assist with customer requests and ensure satisfaction in the dining area.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in dining areas and toilets.
• Help with events and activities for children, and assist with balloons where appropriate.
• Keep the manager informed about customer feedback and satisfaction.
