Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers at the front of the store. You will greet guests, assist with directions, and promote in-store programs while modeling our brand standards.

You're expected to maintain a clean, organized front-end area, handle merchandise with care, and support other front-end tasks. This is a part-time, on-site role focused on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required is High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner and provide directions.
• Promote programs and promotions to customers as applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe front-end area and assist with returns and check-in.
• Assist visitors and vendors with proper badges and procedures.
