Frasers Group’s Everlast Gym host role invites a friendly front-desk professional to greet members, support sales and retention, and promote in-club services. You will also assume key holder responsibilities and assist with club operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient member journey.

This role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with opportunities for progression within Frasers Group.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive personality with a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales focus with ability to meet membership targets.
• Reliable administration and computer skills.
• Flexible; able to cover varied shifts and key holder duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests in a positive, professional manner.
• Supporting membership sales and retention through excellent service.
• Promoting in-club products and services to drive secondary spend.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club.
• Handling administrative duties and using the membership software.
• Staying informed about classes and gym floor focuses to promote engagement.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and team with gym floor initiatives.
• Escalating member feedback and complaints when needed.
• Experiencing and recommending products and services to members.
