Job summary

ATG Entertainment is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Team Member to join our front-of-house operations. You will work closely with the Customer Experience team, Security and Box Office staff to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable visit.

The role requires evening and weekend availability and is fixed term until 2 January 2027. You will be trained to assist across venues, including bar service, refreshments, merchandise, and seating guidance, delivering a consistently high standard

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Ability to engage and inform audience members.
• A proactive, friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with audience members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer audience queries and provide timely information and guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of venue and shows to upsell products and services.
• Proactively suggest and sell food, beverages, merchandise, programmes or packages.
• Be aware of sales targets and strive to exceed them.
• Handle cash and stock accurately according to procedures.
• Identify health, safety or security risks and take appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks and proactively take on new ones.
