Responsibilities

• Serve guests and ensure wellbeing within Bar and Restaurant.
• Assist in set up and closedown of the Restaurant.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely receipt of items.
• Support the team to run the service efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain high standards of preparation and presentation for each section.
• Serve guests to the highest standard, focusing on guest expectations.
• Keep mise en place levels up and rotate stock as needed.
• Be mindful of waste and help minimise it.
• Report faults or defects as you see them.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in front and back of house.
• Wear uniform correctly and maintain professional relationships across departments.
