Job summary

The Rembrandt is seeking a well-presented Luggage Porter with good communication and social skills to join our Concierge team. You will help guests with luggage, provide directions and taxis, and ensure a warm, professional guest experience in a busy hotel environment.

Applicants must be over 21 with a full EU driving licence and a clean record. The role involves shifts, including early and late, and requires a smart appearance and a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 with a full EU driving licence and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Take luggage from taxis and cars.
• Carry luggage to guest bedrooms.
• Call taxis for guests and assist with luggage on departure.
• Deliver parcels and boxes internally and to the Post Office.
• Park company and guest cars in the local car park.
• Provide local directions and advice to guests.
