The Rembrandt is seeking a well presented Luggage Porter with strong communication and social skills. This customer-facing role focuses on delivering a friendly, efficient and professional service to guests, helping ensure a memorable stay.

Key duties include welcoming guests, handling luggage, arranging taxis, and assisting with parcels, while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor throughout shifts from 7am to 11pm as part of a flexible rota.

Qualificações

• Must be over 21 with a full EU driving licence and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry a large suitcase without aid.
• Smart, well groomed appearance.
• Warm, friendly and professional manner with good spoken English.
• Previous customer-focused role experience; hotel experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests in the Front Hall as they arrive at the hotel.
• Take luggage from taxis and cars and carry to guest bedrooms.
• Call taxis for guests and assist with luggage on departure.
• Deliver parcels internally and to the Post Office.
• Park company and guest cars in the local car park.
• Provide local directions and guest tips.
