Raffles London at The OWO in London is seeking a guest-focused Luggage Master/concierge support to assist guests with luggage, deliveries to rooms, and lobby duties. You will work closely with the concierge team to provide attentive, proactive service in a luxury setting.

Role requires 5-star hotel experience, English fluency, and a professional demeanour. The position supports a 24h operation with diverse duties across the lobby and guest areas.

Qualifications

• English communication clearly and effectively.
• Recent experience in 5-star hotels or similar.
• Enthusiastic, committed to high service standards.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Distinctive, warm personality with strong service focus.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality service under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management with a professional appearance.
• Willing to work a 24h operational schedule when needed.
• UK driving licence.
• Experience with luxury brands standards such as LQA or Forbes 5* is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as Front Office contact point for guests and lobby staff.
• Greet guests warmly, using name recognition when possible.
• Assist door, concierge and lobby teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Track luggage and guest items as they arrive and move within the hotel.
• Escort guests and luggage through the building.
• Arrange taxi pickups and transfers of luggage with attention to detail.
• Manual handling with care for guest items.
• Cover additional duties in absence of line manager or senior staff.
• May work in different departments or restaurants as required.
