Leonardo Hotels Hinckley Island is seeking a Part time Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest care at peak times. You will manage check-in and check-out, answer calls professionally and collaborate with colleagues to ensure memorable experiences for guests.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a proactive approach to guest service and a strong focus on safety, data protection, and hotel policies. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer the telephone in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to elevate guest experience.
• Manage guest complaints calmly and escalate to the Duty Manager as appropriate.
• Upsell room upgrades, breakfast and seasonal offers.
• Follow safety and security protocols and protect guests.
• Utilise all relevant systems to complete tasks.
• Adhere to company policies, Data Protection and Health & Safety regulations.
