Exciting opportunity for a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter and Turner - Gas Turbine Valve (GTV Technician) to join our Power Generation Team in Welshpool, WA.

You'll support the Senior GTV Technician and Engineering Service Manager in repair and overhaul of GTV. The role includes on-the-job training, internal development programs, and relevant external accreditations.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Complete a range of mechanical fitting tasks to repair GTVs
  • Dispatch size valves and actuators for the Power Generation market
  • Inspection and repair GTV including testing and reporting
  • Checking accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools or sub-assemblies
  • Ensure a high level of safe work practices undertaken at site


What we are looking for:

  • Current Australian driver's licence Class C
  • High attention to details a must
  • Positive attitude, great work ethics, desire to learn
  • Excellent attitude to safety
  • Able to work on customer sites including remote locations
