Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent strongly preferred).
• Strong technical proficiency with SQL and PowerBI.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, including financial modeling.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analyses to C-level executives.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Self-directed work style with excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
• BA/BS degree (MSc or higher strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Market Segmentation & Strategic Prioritization: Own and continuously refine segmentation framework to define customer groups and growth potential.
• Right-to-Win Levers: Articulate differentiated levers based on product-market fit, partnerships, pricing, and execution capability.
• GTM Direction Setting: Translate segmentation into explicit GTM guidance for direct, partner, or opportunistic growth.
• Coverage Model & Growth Architecture: Design and optimize the GTM coverage model across direct, partner, and hybrid channels.
• Coverage and Productivity Modelling: Develop scalable capacity, territory, and productivity models with Finance and Sales leadership.
• Executive Decision Support & Strategic Planning: Translate analysis into board-ready growth scenarios and investments.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration & Governance: Establish KPIs and governance for cross-functional execution.
