Job summary

Vertice, the world’s first Intelligent Procurement Platform, is scaling its global sales organization from London with hubs around the world. We’re seeking a senior GTM strategist to drive strategy, enablement and execution.

You will own GTM programmes, ICP definition, and cross-border collaboration with US/EMEA teams. A high bar for excellence and leadership in a fast-growth environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical generalist with strong operator instincts.
• Proven ability to earn trust of senior sales leaders.
• Low-ego, plain-English communicator.
• Experience building enablement assets that drive deals.
• Track record shipping end-to-end GTM programmes.
• Leadership with high ownership in performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive GTM strategy and enablement for a global sales org.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams in US and EMEA.
• Architect and ship GTM programmes with measurable revenue impact.
• Refine ICPs and target lists based on first principles.
