Job summary

Abselion, based in Cambridge, seeks a GTM Engineer to lead structured outbound campaigns and support social media marketing. You will help improve the GTM tool stack, maintain HubSpot workflows, and ensure quality data for the sales team.

In this full‑time, office‑based role, you’ll collaborate with Sales & Marketing to build a qualified pipeline ahead of major conferences and translate wins into engaging content. Immediate start; visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

2–5 years in a role combining sales/marketing operations with hands‑on technical building.
Comfort writing code: Python, JavaScript, or similar; SQL; familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and no‑code/low‑code automation tools.
Practical experience using LLMs and AI tools in production workflows.
Deep, on‑the‑job expertise with HubSpot, configuring, automating, and integrating it.
Strong analytical mindset; able to define metrics, build dashboards, and tell the story behind the numbers.
Some exposure to social media content or scheduling for a brand or organisation.
Strong written communication: outbound messaging and content require clarity and tone.

Responsibilities

Run structured outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads and track results.
Collaborate with Sales to hand off warm leads and maintain top‑of‑funnel momentum.
Improve CRM and GTM tool workflows; fix friction and automate where possible.
Enrich leads and maintain data quality so conversations start informed.
Document processes to ensure adoption of improved tools and workflows.
