Hexwired Recruitment Limited is seeking a GTM Engineer in London to build data-driven systems behind lead generation and pipeline, enabling the sales team to act on fresh, accurate data quickly.

The role focuses on automating sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and scoring, plus developing end-to-end inbound capture and robust reporting for decision-making across sales and marketing. A strong tech background and LLM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Production coding experience with Python or TypeScript.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical degree from a leading university.
• Practical LLM experience (agents, tool use, retrieval, evaluation).
• Proven automation experience near sales/marketing.
• Commercial instinct for funnels and metrics.
• Data quality skills: enrichment, deduplication, anomaly detection.
• High ownership and ability to collaborate with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Maintain UK agency market view, automation of sourcing and scoring, CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
• Marketing: Build core systems for audience data and delivery tooling, own inbound capture end-to-end, produce trusted reports for channel decisions.
• Data & Business: Treat data as a product, automate onboarding/CS/finance/hiring, build internal tools with monitoring and documentation.
