Job summary

Abselion, Cambridge, is hiring a GTM Engineer to drive structured outbound prospecting and funnel efficiency. You will support social media marketing and optimize the GTM stack, including HubSpot automation and API-driven workflows.

The role requires 2–5 years in a sales/marketing ops blend, strong coding ability, and experience with AI tools to automate and improve outreach. Office-based, Visa sponsorship available, at 93 Lawrence Weaver Road.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a role combining sales/marketing ops with hands-on technical building.
• Comfort writing code and familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Experience using LLMs and AI tools in production workflows.
• Strong HubSpot configuration, automation, and integration experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define metrics and dashboards.
• Some exposure to social media content or scheduling for a brand or organisation.

Responsibilities

• Run structured outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Execute trigger-based prospecting by identifying signals and sending targeted messaging.
• Work with Sales to hand off warm leads and keep top-of-funnel momentum.
• Track outbound response and conversion rates, feeding learnings back into messaging.
• Support content and scheduling for social channels (LinkedIn) to build presence.
• Maintain and improve HubSpot and GTM tool stack; fix workflows and automate where possible.
