Hypergen is a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency serving startups and professional services firms across the US, UK, and EU. We’re seeking an experienced GTM Engineer to own client campaigns from strategy to execution, communicating directly with clients and managing campaigns for demanding US clients.

You’ll build Clay workflows, create highly targeted prospect lists, and stay ahead of the latest GTM and AI tools while working in a client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing outbound campaigns for US-based clients.
• Background with M&A, Private Equity, B2B SaaS, or similar B2B clients.
• Prior experience at a lead generation, outbound, or GTM agency.
• Proficiency with AI and GTM tools such as Clay, PlusVibe, Apollo, RB2B, BuiltWith or similar.

Responsabilités

• Own outbound campaigns for US-based clients.
• Build and optimize Clay workflows and AI automations.
• Create highly targeted prospect lists and outbound strategies.
• Test and improve email copy, targeting, and campaign performance.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide campaign updates.
• Stay ahead of the latest GTM, AI, and outbound tools.
