Job summary

AlphaLoops Ltd in Greater London is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the systems behind sales—CRM, warehouse, attribution, lifecycle automation, and outbound tooling. You’ll collaborate with the GTM team to ensure data infrastructure supports growth.

The role emphasizes building scalable tooling, running experiments on outreach and ICP, and partnering with founders and AEs to prioritise operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years as a GTM Engineer, RevOps lead, or Forward Deployed Engineer at a B2B SaaS company.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot, dbt or similar warehouse tooling, and Python or TypeScript.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; able to communicate clearly with both sales and engineering.
• Bias toward shipping practical, measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM data stack: warehouse, attribution, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain tooling for outbound, enrichment, and lifecycle automation.
• Run structured experiments on outreach, ICP, and packaging.
• Partner with founders and AEs on operational priorities.
