Job summary

Kernel is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the systems powering how we find, sell to, and grow customers, from Salesforce and outbound to forecasting, renewals, and expansion. This hands-on builder role emphasizes building with Salesforce, Clay, APIs, automation platforms, and AI tools.

You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should create reliable workflows athletes will adopt. You will be Kernel’s internal customer, deploying Kernel on our CRM and turning learnings into feedback for

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM Engineering at a high-growth SaaS.
• Deep Salesforce fluency and architecture understanding.
• Strong GTM building ability with APIs and AI tools.
• Commercial judgment on revenue-to-forecast flow.
• Strong data instincts to measure performance.
• Clear, low-ego communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a better outbound engine to target and engage ideal accounts.
• Boost GTM team productivity with automation of research and follow-ups.
• Run revenue ops infrastructure: forecasting, funnel, quotas, renewals.
• Set account routing rules and ensure proper attribution.
• Improve revenue workflows with routing and handoffs.
• Deploy Kernel on our CRM and feed learnings to Product/Engineering.
