Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to Build and scale our AI-powered outbound infrastructure. You will design Clay tables, enrichment flows, and AI prompts to automate sourcing and lead routing at scale.

You will integrate Clay with Salesforce and Outreach, maintain data quality, and drive lifecycle automation across Revenue Systems. A strong background in GTM tech and AI-driven sales processes is required.

Qualifications

6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on Clay expertise with production workflows and AI prompts.
Direct experience applying AI to GTM workflows and automation.
Salesforce customization, objects, flows, and data integrity.
Familiarity with Outreach or SalesLoft and CRM integrations.
Ability to work with APIs/webhooks and lightweight automation tools without engineering support.
Strong data instincts to keep data clean and actionable.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Clay tables and AI enrichment flows for outbound engine.
Create multi-step Clay workflows with webhooks and API integrations.
Develop AI prompt layers and LLM columns for personalised outreach at scale.
Ingest signals (funding, hiring, intent) and route to prioritized Clay tables for Sales.
Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach, and data providers to maintain clean GTM data.
Evaluate AI tooling and maintain Outreach sequences with 1:1 feel at scale.
Diagnose productivity bottlenecks and implement routing and sequence architectures.
Collaborate with Revenue Systems and GTM Engineering to support roadmap.
