Perk Inc. is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to design and run AI-powered outbound workflows. You will build Clay tables, AI enrichment pipelines, and signal-based prospecting systems integrated with Salesforce and Outreach. The role blends data engineering with revenue operations to advance Perk's GTM engine.

You'll work with Sales leadership and central GTM Engineering, shaping auto-sourced, 1:1-style outreach at scale and driving data quality across critical tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Clay experience with production workflows and AI prompts.
• Direct AI in GTM workflows and AI-powered personalization at scale.
• Salesforce expertise: custom objects, flows, data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Clay tables and enrichment flows for outbound engine.
• Develop multi-step Clay workflows using webhooks and API integrations.
• Create AI prompts and LLM-based enrichment to personalize outreach at scale.
• Ingest signals and route leads to prioritised Clay tables for Sales activation.
• Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Outreach and data providers to keep GTM data clean.
• Automate GTM operations (list building, data hygiene, routing, deduplication).
• Troubleshoot system issues to minimise downtime during core hours.
• Collaborate with Sales to diagnose bottlenecks and drive roadmap priorities.
