GTM Data Engineer & Automation

Job summary

Nylon is building AI research tools for lawyers and accountants across NZ, AU and the UK. We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to own the data layer, ensuring clean prospect data, reliable CRM integrations and scalable automation.

You’ll be hands-on at the intersection of sales operations, data and automation, working with Attio, JustCall, Calendly, Stripe and Metabase to connect the stack and deliver trusted insights for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, growth engineering, or data roles.
• Proven experience building outreach lists with scraping and enrichment tools.
• Strong CRM administration on Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Solid SQL and experience with Metabase or a BI tool.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience using LLMs and agentic tooling in real workflows.
• High data quality standards and long-term data hygiene discipline.
• Clear written communication translating sales/marketing needs into systems.
• Experience with accounting or legal firms, or professional body datasets in NZ, AU or UK is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution and multi-touch pipeline analysis is a plus.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines to find, enrich and deliver prospect data to the sales team.
• Keep the CRM clean and trustworthy, with design and hygiene of objects and fields.
• Connect tools in the GTM stack via integrations and automations.
• Write scripts (Python/JS) and webhooks to move data without manual re-keying.
• Query data warehouse and Metabase in SQL to report on pipeline and attribution.
• Document stack architecture and train the team.
