SalesCaptain Ltd. is hiring a Junior GTM Engineer to own outbound infrastructure for client accounts. You will design and automate end-to-end workflows, from ICP definition and TAM scoping to campaign launches, CRM sync, and performance reporting.

Utilize Clay, AI, and no-code tools to scale outreach and optimize signals across multiple channels. You will work remotely on EU hours, collaborating with a global team and clients in fast-moving B2B SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound or revenue systems building in B2B SaaS, agency, or GTM settings.
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong API/webhook familiarity and basic scripting ability (Python/JS).
• Excellent written and spoken English; capable of briefing strategists and clients.

Responsabilités

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP to campaign launch and reporting.
• Build advanced Clay workflows including enrichment waterfalls and AI columns.
• Design signal-based triggers for job changes and funding rounds.
• Create multi-channel automation with n8n, Make.com, and Zapier and ensure CRM sync.
• Leverage AI to generate hyper-personalized outreach at scale.
• Write lightweight scripts or use APIs when no-code tools fall short.
• Brief Outbound Strategists on new workflows and targeting approaches.
• Stay ahead by testing and adopting new data, enrichment, and AI tools.
