Rogo is seeking a high‑velocity GTM leader to drive outbound prospecting and pre‑sales excellence. You will build and mentor a team of GTM Associates, shape sequencing and messaging across top accounts, and ensure seamless handoffs to AEs while collaborating with Marketing to boost pipeline and conversion.

You’ll own recruiting, onboarding, and SOP development, tracking performance against benchmarks and scaling the outbound engine in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in a sales or GTM role
• Experience mentoring SDRs/BDRs or GTM Associates
• Experience selling into financial services, investment banking, PE or adjacent verticals
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sequencing platforms

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a team of GTM Associates for outbound prospecting and pre-sales
• Drive outbound strategy, messaging, targeting and coverage across key accounts
• Coach reps through structured frameworks and deal support
• Partner with AEs to ensure pre-sales handoffs and qualified pipeline
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns
• Build scalable SOPs for outbound prospecting and CRM hygiene
• Track performance against pipeline metrics and hold the team accountable
• Own recruiting and onboarding for the GTM Associate function
