Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a GTM Business Operations Associate to streamline the sales engine across onboarding, enablement content, forecast, CRM hygiene and advisor programs.

You will partner with the Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations to design playbooks, build pricing models, track pipeline, and ensure timely bids and tenders. The role blends analytics, operations and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Hands-on CRM and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Tableau/Looker) is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Willingness to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding for new GTM hires with milestones.
• Build and maintain a central enablement content library.
• Turn launches into field-ready training with Product, EPD and Marketing.
• Document and refine sales playbooks, stages and handoffs; roll out regionally.
• Prepare forecasting and pipeline reporting; improve data accuracy over time.
• Keep Salesforce data clean and surface tooling ideas.
• Track GTM metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Coordinate advisor onboarding and engagement tracking.
• Analyze advisor impact and inform program investments.
• Manage advisor agreements, scheduling and reporting.
