Job summary

Magentic is seeking a highly organised GTM Associate to join our commercial team in London. You'll support customer conversations from first meeting through deal progression, working closely with the CEO and commercial team to build your commercial and customer-facing skills.

This role focuses on understanding Fortune 500 needs, helping prepare demos, drafting follow-ups, researching target accounts and progressively taking ownership of opportunities as you grow within a fast-moving AI startup.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or commercial role.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and customers.
Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
An AI-first mindset, using tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
A genuine interest in technology, startups and solving customer problems.

Responsibilities

Join customer meetings to understand customer challenges and how Magentic solves them.
Help prepare and deliver product demonstrations alongside the commercial team.
Draft customer follow ups, proposals and responses to customer questions.
Research target accounts and support customer discovery to help progress commercial opportunities.
Work closely with product and engineering to share customer feedback and shape future product development.
Take on increasing ownership of customer conversations and commercial opportunities as you grow.
