Scale AI is seeking a GTM Business Operations Associate to streamline the sales function, enable faster seller ramp, and support bids, tenders and pricing with a data-driven approach. You will partner with the Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations and collaborate across Product, EPD and Marketing to translate launches into field-ready training.

The role emphasizes analytics, CRM optimization, forecasting rigour, and cross-functional deal support in a high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design onboarding for new GTM hires with 30/60/90-day milestones.
• Maintain enablement content library (product use-cases, stories, positioning).
• Turn launches into field-ready training with cross-functional teams.
• Document and refine sales playbooks, stages, qualification criteria, and handoffs.
