Job summary

Thirdfort is hiring a GTM Engineer to design and ship automated workflows across our commercial funnel. You will own Salesforce at the center, with HubSpot and Zendesk in conversation, and drive data hygiene and AI-driven improvements.

You’ll join the TechOps team and embed with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, delivering end-to-end tooling and ensuring platform health and scalability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth SaaS environment, improving how commercial teams work through systems.
• Evidence of building automations, integrations, agents, or internal tools.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration with backend configuration experience.
• Ability to stitch tools together via APIs and no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM machine with workflow automations and AI agents across the funnel.
• Own Salesforce and the commercial tech stack including HubSpot and Zendesk.
• Treat commercial data as a product with hygiene and audit standards.
• Run the BAU engine, triaging and fixing the commercial stack.
• Deliver tooling projects within defined scope and timeline.
• Create seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales and CS.
