incident.io is hiring a GTM Engineer to design and implement the internal GTM stack. You will build automation, enrichment, and agent workflows to reduce manual work across BDR, AE, CS, Marketing, and GTM leadership motions, writing code where it’s the right answer and owning end-to-end stack health.

You’ll work directly with the revenue team weekly to surface problems, root-cause issues, and ship daily improvements, joining a startup that values fast iteration and high ownership in a fun

Qualifications

• Strong coding experience to build internal tools and integrations.
• Product-minded with a user-centric approach.
• Comfort with startup pace and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM system requirements and drive the stack toward them.
• Build automation, enrichment, and agent workflows to reduce manual work across GTM teams.
• Ship improvements daily and resolve end-to-end issues for end users via automation or manual intervention.
• Collaborate with the revenue team to identify problems worth solving and root-cause the bigger ones.
