Job summary

Basware, a global leader in Invoice Lifecycle Management, seeks a senior GTM Engineer to design automations and integrations across marketing and RevOps. You will own technical delivery, partner with Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, IT, and Sales to scale campaigns, ABM, and data flows.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years with ownership of complex GTM systems.
• Hands-on automations and integrations across marketing/RevOps stack.
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows using Claude, Copilot Studio.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents across MCP connectors.
• Experience building content and campaign automation workflows.
• Strong GTM and marketing operations concepts: lead routing, scoring, attribution.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain GTM automations and integrations across marketing and sales stack.
• Build agentic workflows for campaign creation from brief to first-draft asset generation.
• Design ABM personalization workflows at scale using firmographic and product data.
• Maintain Asana project and database enrichments synced with GTM stack.
• Ensure clean data flow into analytics for pipeline and campaign measurement.
• Governance and experimentation of automation with senior stakeholder input.
