Job summary

monday.com is the AI work platform enabling revenue teams to embed AI into every customer journey. The RevAI group builds AI agents that qualify and convert leads, grow accounts, and follow up after events, with measurable impact on pipeline.

This role focuses on defining business needs, launching AI agent initiatives, and partnering with Sales and Customer teams to translate processes into scalable workflows. Strong GTM acumen and AI tooling are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Revenue/GTM Operations or AI automation.
• Experience setting up and evaluating AI agents in production GTM environments.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools like n8n or Make.
• Understanding of JSON, APIs, system integrations, and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and revenue processes.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM and AI agent initiatives end-to-end from discovery to launch, measurement and optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to translate revenue processes into AI agent workflows.
• Configure AI agents: prompts, skills, policies, tools, and integrations.
• Build automations connecting agents with Salesforce, monday.com, Slack, and other systems.
• Test and continuously improve agent performance through evaluation.
• Analyze sales and usage data using SQL to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Lead pilots, drive adoption, and collaborate with engineering and leadership teams.
