Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a GTM Engineer to join Marketing and design and build AI-assisted workflows, agents and integrations that reduce manual effort and accelerate go-to-market execution. The role partners with Marketing Operations to ensure solutions fit our tools and standards, enabling marketers to focus on high-value work.

The position is hands-on, with about 70% of time spent building, testing, and shipping practical solutions.

Qualifications

• You use AI to build workflows, automations and agents that help Marketing operate more efficiently.
• Experience turning ambiguous requests into repeatable automation patterns.
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, tools and data flows.
• Ability to reason about systems, APIs, data, permissions and failure modes.
• Interest in bridging marketing needs with technical solutions and governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows across Marketing with high potential value and prioritize improvements.
• Build AI-assisted workflows and integrations with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Design end-to-end processes from briefing to hand-offs, with proper data and controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to align solutions with tools and channels.
• Prototype, test, learn and iterate based on real user feedback.
