Monzo is seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager to own the strategic direction of core growth engines, optimizing the sign-up experience, removing activation friction and building powerful referral loops to create organic growth.

You will lead a multi-cycle vision, align with Monzo’s goals and collaborate across engineering, design, data, fincrime, legal and marketing to deliver customer-first experiences.

• Seasoned growth product manager with leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record delivering top-of-funnel growth and user activation improvements.
• Data-driven, experimental approach with clear storytelling and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction across core growth engines and sign-up experience.
• Design and implement high-signal growth strategies and multi-cycle visions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, fincrime, legal and marketing to resolve trade-offs and ship impact.
• Lead and mentor other product managers to raise performance.
