This is a pivotal role within the business. Your remit is to align growth strategy, channel performance, and commercial outcomes across platforms, partners, and sales. You will lead client acquisition through data‑led experimentation, funnel optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and integrated multi‑channel activity, with a clear focus on lead quality, lifetime value, and sustainable, repeatable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ongoing experimentation across channels, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
  • Optimise the full acquisition journey from first touch through to qualified, sales‑ready enquiries
  • Partner closely with the sales team to align lead definitions, feedback loops, and conversion metrics
  • Analyse performance data to surface insights and prioritise opportunities
  • Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and client lifetime value through smarter targeting and messaging
  • Build scalable, repeatable growth systems aligned to long‑term business objectives
About you
  • 5+ years’ experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing (B2C), ideally in regulated consumer products
  • Proven experience working closely with sales teams and external marketing agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, and conversion optimisation in consumer markets
  • Data‑savvy, with hands‑on experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and performance dashboards
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Thrives in fast‑scaling, performance‑driven environments with high expectations
  • Brings a strong personal work ethic and genuine obsession with results, progress, and improvement
