About the role

You'll collaborate with data science teams to establish targets, work with product marketing and research to uncover local insights, and create bespoke messaging that resonates in each region.

As Growth Marketing Lead, you'll:

1. Develop and take ownership of country growth strategies for key European markets
2. Partner with data science teams to evolve targets aligned with business objectives
3. Uncover local insights with product marketing and research teams to inform creative strategies
4. Create region-specific messaging platforms and assets that drive local relevance
5. Optimize mid and lower funnel campaigns with performance channel specialists
6. Explore innovative growth opportunities through partnerships, events, and lifecycle marketing
7. Ensure strong alignment between performance marketing and other marketing disciplines
8. Own performance reporting and identify solutions to meet ambitious growth targets

Who our partner is looking for:

• You are highly experienced in managing growth marketing across Europe at both market and regional levels
• You are naturally goal-oriented and can inspire teams to exceed targets
• You have a knack for spotting emerging trends through data analysis
• You possess creative development experience; experience in agency collaboration is a plus!

You are comfortable building processes from scratch while following established playbooks when needed.
